Therapy Services
From individual support for your child, caregiver-focused solutions, to school collaboration, I offer a variety of support--leveraging my experiences in anxiety and related challenges, autism and neurodivergence-related care, as well as general life stress. I work directly with kids and teens from 7 and up until young adult age. I also work with caregivers to support the child's mental health journey. On a larger scale, I provide training programs to organizations.

Anxiety
I work with kids and teens on various topics of worry, as well as specific phobias and obsessions, and compulsions. Commonly, kids and teens have some anxiety and fears, but if you think your child’s anxiety is getting in the way of how they want to be, it might be time to figure out more support. In my work, I help kids and teens learn that they can take control back from anxiety and face their fears (slowly and gradually).

Caregivers of Children with Behavioral Challenges
I believe that helping caregivers build and tweak their parenting strategies can go a long way when it comes to improving child behavioral challenges. While individual therapy with the child themselves can be powerful, in many cases, caregivers are the key change agents. As caregivers spend a significant amount of time with their child, changing the child’s environment (e.g., changing how parents respond to child behavior, or applying proactive strategies) has been shown to improve child behavior and reduce challenges at home. I offer both live coaching (through PCIT) or Behavioral Parent Training (BPT) to working with caregivers without the child present.

Autism, ADHD, and Neurodivergence
Equipping children and teens with the knowledge of their neurotype, the strengths and challenges, is vital in the identity development of neurodivergent young people. I also support neurodivergent kids and teens (also through working with their school team) with executive functioning challenges through organizational skills training.

Identity development, Relational challenges, Life changes
I help kids and teens figure out what matters to them amidst life changes like family relocation, moving up middle school, or high school and do things that matter them while coping with stressors and worries.

Caregivers of Children with Anxiety
Kids and teens look to their trusted adults on how to cope with anxiety. When a child is not quite ready to work on their anxiety even though anxiety gets in the way of their life, caregiver coaching can lead to significant changes. Through the SPACE training, caregivers learn to respond to the child’s anxiety differently by increasing support and reducing giving in to anxiety.

Professional Collaboration and Training
On a systems-level, I collaborate with school teams to find the best support suited for their students and the school’s objectives, such as socioemotional learning, mindfulness, and problem-solving skills.
